World Wide Piracy and Loss of Hire Cover
We can place cover up to US$10 million on any one accident or occurrence and in the aggregate per insured. The insured can be anywhere in the world BUT subject to certain terms and conditions.
Each vessel is deemed to be a separate policy.
Cover is offered on two structures:
- Full Hull and Machinery Cover including War, Piracy and Loss of Hire arising from them or
- War and/or Piracy and/or Loss of hire arising from on a difference in conditions cover i.e. where these maybe an exclusion and current underwriters are unable or unwilling to offer these perils on top of the standard marine cover our underwriters will offer the cover on a stand-alone basis.
Exclusions are Chemical, Biological Radioactive and Nuclear Terrorism (CL 370 10/11/2003) and Cyber Terrorism (CL 380 10/11/2003).
